Originally from Miami, I have always been captivated by people and their stories. My curiosity led me to earn a Bachelor’s in English, Religious Studies, and Film and later on a Master’s in Counseling.

My life’s focus has always been human-centered storytelling, whether that’s compassionately listening to my clients in counseling spaces or collaborating with creative individuals and organizations in photography, copywriting, graphic design, and content-driven marketing.

I care most about removing barriers to connection and doing my part to help people embrace their own goodness and inherent beauty. I’m grateful for every opportunity to meet others with courageous vulnerability as they discover the mark their stories leave on the world.

I bought my first hat after discovering the New Orleans Goorin Bros shop in January 2022. I was going through a season of significant renewal, healing, and reconnection with my creative self —a part of me that i had always struggled to embrace.

My first purchase was a wide-brimmed, eggplant purple handcrafted fedora that two artists made out of a recycled saree. Since then, my collection has grown and each hat serves as a reminder to stay committed to healing my inner artist.
